Directions

  1. Open Baiboard App

  2. Go to My Meets section and open “Tutorial”

  3. Create and name a Meet.

  4. Invite someone to collaborate.

  5. Draw a concept map using the pen, shape, and line tools.

  6. Add text by typing or writing.

  7. Add icons from the libraries,  picture(s), camera.

  8. Add sticky notes.

  9. In Collaboration mode, open IM/chat or Push to Talk features

  10. Switch from Collaboration, to Presentation or Web Sharing modes.

  11. Open the Meet in another app. There are lots of choices!

Padlet 

Padlet is an online bulletin board a websiter or poster. You can easily create and share a wall where you can upload text, images, and video. Information can be added or edited using a computer, tablet or phone. Padlet walls are infinite in size and each sticky note is limited to 150 characters.

 

Directions

  1. Open your favorite browser

  2. Go to www.padlet.com

  3. Select "New padlet"

  4. Go to "Modify this padlet"

  5. Enter Title and description

  6. Select wallpaper and layout.

  7. Modify privacy and notifications.

  8. Add  an element  such as text, image or document about a topic and have students add to the wall. Double click anywhere on the wall to start.

  9. Create walls to explore topics with your learners.
  10. Have learners create walls to expand on topics or introduce themselves to the learning community.

ShowMe is a free basic iPad app that allows you and your students to create and share video lessons. It’s a great simple app that anyone can use. Once you are done recording, you can share with your students or coworkers  (or keep it private if you prefer). It can be used to explain any topic from math, chemistry,  music theory and, even offensive and defensive strategies for sports. ShowMe features include voice-record, import pictures from your photo library, built-in camera, or web image search. You can import documents as pictures from Dropbox, or Google Drive. You can manage students with groups.

  1. Open the “ShowMe” app on your device

  2. Click “Create new ShowMe”. This opens a whiteboard with several tools on the top.

  3. Add an image or take a photo.

  4. Add text, draw and record a message to start your video.

  5. Add a page and use your imagination.

  6. Save ShowMe

  7. Name your ShowMe

  8. Choose topics then click on Done choosing topics and your video will be posted online (ShowMe site).
