Overview

This workshop will introduce participants to the Professional Development Dossier (PDD).  The PDD is used by the Public Education Department of New Mexico for licensure advancement for teachers in a 3-Tiered Licensure System. Teachers must complete the PDD in order to advance from Level I to Level II and to advance from Level II to Level III.

 

Objectives

  • Explain the three-tiered system of the professional development dossier
  • Identify criteria for a successful dossier 
  • Review successful dossiers
  • Practice applying criteria for success
